PRE-ORDERS + SHIPPING + RETURNS
• You can pre-order a selection of products before they are available for ready purchase. They will be conveniently delivered to the address you prefer as soon as they are available in our stock.
• Pre-order items are marked with their expected shipping date. Pre-Order Items are made to order and delivery may vary due to demand and availability.
• If your order includes both products that are already in stock and pre-order items, the products will be shipped at two different times, but you will only be charged once for delivery. If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different expected shipping dates, the products will be sent all together on the latest expected date.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we ship your parcel.
• The credit card will be charged on the date that the order is placed.
• The shipping address country inserted for Pre-Orders cannot be modified, updated or changed in any way.
• Pre-Orders cannot be returned since they are made-to-order garments.
Allow at least 10 business days for orders to process. With Covid-19 restrictions processing and delivery times may vary.
Items marked made to order allow additional 5 business days for processing.
There are no rush or overnight shipping options. For an additional fee, other shipping options may be available via e-mail request.
• Specialty items may be made to order. Shipping time is based on our production for every order which is normally 10-15 business days. Expedited service may be available upon request and will depend on the availability of materials. Rush fees may apply. e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about expedited service after placing order.
• sergiohudson.com accepts returns on on in stock clothing items only. Belts, Jewelry and home items may be returned for store credit, or exchange only. Pre-Order or Pre-Sale are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• You may return eligible items in their original condition within 10 business days from shipment arrival. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
• Sergio Hudson reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Sergio Hudson's sole discretion.
• sergiohudson.com does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx, UPS or USPS with tracking. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. Sergio Hudson will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
• Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
• Discounted items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted items.
• Exchanges are only upon request and reviewed individually. Exchanges are subject to availability.
