Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on accessories, however we will offer an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, with no visible damage and tags MUST BE ATTACHED. 

Refunds are issued for full price clothing items, if they are returned within 10 days of receipt. Tags must be attached, they must be unworn, unaltered, and no damage. We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items. We request that an email be sent to info@sergiohudson.com for a return authorization number and we reserve the right ro review the item prior to issuing a refund. If we deem the item has been used, or tags have been removed, we will return the item to the client.

CUSTOM INQUIRIES AND POLICIES : There are no refunds on custom garments, however we strive for 100 percent satisfaction. Once we have agreed on a custom garment or garments, your deposit constitutes an agreement that you understand our terms.
